• We do our best to display product colours, materials, and details accurately, but slight variations can occur — especially with natural and handcrafted materials. That's part of their charm.
• All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding.

4. Orders & Payment

• When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order — acceptance happens when we ship it.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where fraud is suspected or a product is unavailable. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

6. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes (including welcome offers) are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, hold no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse promotional codes.
